The majority of items in our store are available online with a few exceptions. If you've seen something in-store but can't find it online, feel free to email us and inquire if the item is available to be shipped.

We sure do! If you'd like to pick up your order in-store please select the local pickup option at checkout. We typically have orders ready within 2 hours of the order being placed, though you will receive an email with instructions once your order is ready. Don't want to come into the store? No problem! We're happy to run your items out to your car when you arrive.

There is a chance we can make changes to your order, depending on when it was placed. Please contact us if you need to make a change to your order.

We got you! If your order is a gift and you'd like it wrapped, simply select the gift wrapping option at checkout. Your entire order will be wrapped together unless you indicate otherwise in the notes section at checkout.

All price information will be removed and we'll handwrite a gift note if you include one in the notes section.


Each order can only be shipped to one address. Please place separate orders for each address if you have multiple.

We take great care in packaging your items. If any of your items arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the package being delivered with photos of the item(s) and packaging, along with a description of any damages. We'll assist you as quickly as possible.

We only ship to U.S. addresses at this time, but will likely add international shipping in the future. If you have a special request outside of the United States, please email us and we may be able to get you a custom shipping quote.

The majority of our packages are shipped via USPS, but we will occasionally ship with UPS or FedEx. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please double check that your address information is entered correctly. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges for the order to be re-shipped.


Yes, you can! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please see our return policy to ensure all return requirements are met.

  • Item(s) you are returning
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Name
  • Address

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Gift Cards

Start by adding the e-gift card to your cart. During checkout, check the box to indicate that you want to send the e-card as a gift. You will be prompted to type the recipient email, recipient name, optional message, and the date you'd like it sent. Check out our online gift card options here.

We sure do! Merry Piglets physical gift cards are available for purchase in store. If you would like a physical gift card to be mailed via USPS, please contact our store with the request. Physical gift cards cannot be purchased through our online store.

Sorry, returns are not accepted for gift cards.

E-gift cards can be used used like a normal payment method. When shopping online, simply enter the gift card number during checkout. If the gift card balance does not cover the order, you'll be prompted to add another payment method.
