These earrings are printed with an original illustration of an Old World Swallowtail butterfly wing on real birch wood veneer. Each piece of wood gives the design a unique character; the complexity of the grain brings the art to life. Wood veneer is very sturdy so it holds up to the test of time. The hook is antique brass and lead- and nickel-free.
