Years ago, pancakes in Norway were made from what was available on the farm, consisting largely of milk and eggs, which is what makes them similar to crepes and frankly better than regular pancakes! Because of their crepe-like consistency, you can serve them a variety of ways - with maple syrup, heavy whipping cream and fresh berries.
